Someone on twitter said Karygiannis followed an Uber driver as he dropped off a passenger, blocked him in and yelled at him while telling the passenger how dangerous Uber is. This guy is worse than Mammo and closing in on Ford for bad behaviour.

Just got back from Niagara Falls. It got me thinking it wouldn't be such a bad idea to have a ferris wheel on the waterfront. The one in Niagara is really popular and was pretty fun (albeit way too short for how long you wait in line). The rest of Doug's plan though, like the giant shopping mall, was ridiculous.

Looks like the Ford boys are going to have to pay for all their frivolity. That's going to knock a few days off this summer's Cannes vacation...

When a judge says at the end of a preliminary motion that he or she is "inclined" to order costs in the cause the judge is telegraphing to the parties that it would be a very long walk up a very steep slope to persuade him or her to make any other kind of costs order (i.e., don't waste your time trying). When an order for "costs in the cause" is made at the end of a preliminary motion it means that the question of whether either side will be ordered to pay any costs to the other side relating to the preliminary motion will be deferred, to be dealt with at the end of the main proceeding.
