I'd love to know how I got on their email list."

Anyone know if this is a violation of CASL? I'm wondering if the merchandising might cross the line...

Hi Mope would you consider staying on the list and posting the emaiils here.? Might help can't hurt

Random question. If you leave the country from, say, Pearson would there not be a record of that which police could access?

Wish that when they were discussing carding someone could have noted that the rich white man on the left end of the table is a shining example of how different people are treated. A serial drunk driver escorted home by police, an associate of criminals able to lawyer up instead of answering questions, his record check personally expedited by the chief.

Actually jimmi FFS the answer is no. I was kinda shocked to learn they know who came in but not who has left. Making deportations a confusing mess. Yay government!

Good question. When I drive across the boarder, nobody is watching me leave Canada, but the other side is photographing my car and scanning all passports. US and Canadian border security share criminal records, so I would bet they can share entry points and dates.

When you leave by plane, your name has to be cleared by the other side before you even get on the plane. Your name is in a computer somewhere.

In my experience there's no central database, but they can get the records from each airline to find out. I've had that come back to haunt more than one client.

Is Rob yelling at everybody? Maybe that's what I don't like about him. He talks to people like they are idiots.

I like this crowd.
