This man is mostly likely drunk every day of his life. He is probably drunk more than he is sober.
The fact that he took a photo with some people outside his house does not disprove that he later drove drunk.

The Huffington Post Canada was questioning the timeline in the Star's story.
"The photo was first spotted by NOW Magazine's Jonathan Goldsbie and stands in stark contrast to the mayor's reported behaviour on one March night soon after the mayor returned from his trip to Los Angeles to appear on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
The photo also puts the Star's timeline of the night into question, since the newspaper's account has Ford driving around drunk at 8 p.m. before arriving home at around 10 p.m. The photo was posted just before 9 p.m and seems to have been taken somewhere between 8:20 p.m. and 8:35 p.m."

Goldsbie himself just questioned the exact times, not whether or not For ended up wasted behind the wheel.
The drunk driving is becoming my focus; I'm on his usual way home up Dundas and have spotted him several times. If TPS is ignoring DUI I'm very upset.

I think the Star is probably pretty on with the sequence of events, although maybe not the time. I do hope that TPS will watch out for him
If Ford is away/rehabbing = wonderful. We should all know if he's on the loose again if he leaves rehab.
FWIW I've done rehab and it's a great thing - IF you take it seriously. Then again, it was only my whole life to save, rather than a political life. Hope any Ford makes it...Kathy and/or Rob. Hopefully both.

The city supplies him a driver, but they only work 35-40 hours per week.
Doesn't sound like he got an "alcohol detector" either.
But, maybe he lost a few pounds at rehab?
