there is a site out there that analyzes the ontario "sunshine list" - the list of public sector employees in ontario that earn over $100,000 annually.
you can see anyone's salary, all the way back to 1996.

I pass over any references to the "sunshine list". It ignores inflation. Use the inflation calculator at this link.
As for Mayor Rob Ford, it excludes dividends, salary, gratuities, use of the company car, etc. that he gets from his inheritance and family business.
