Hey gregr92........... Thanks for the info. I'll get in touch with the office. I put my down payment before the building was even started. At the time I was working in Brampton but now, I'm in Ohio so I'll have to sell my unit. I wonder if they will have someone who might want to pick their own colors, tiles, etc........ I think I would even be willing to lease if someone is intersted.

Move in's begin at the end of October, they've been building all of the front walkways over the past week.
