Getting closer. I try to picture the total height in my head by doubling the section that doesn't have cladding yet, basically 11 floors (as seen in the last photo)

Very true. I predicted RBC to top out first, but the steel does help BA rise quicker. The steel will and cladding on BA will reach the top before the concrete at RBC.

I would say that the first of the two mockups is more correct, the second is definitely too tall.

edit -- I just counted the floors, and the first mockup plus one more floor would be correct

I was going to disagree with you Mongo. But on closer inspection I think you are right. The second is a bit too tall.

first mock-up is more accurate. (if maybe just a wee bit too short)

RBC will be taller than Simcoe Place (Bank of America/Work's Comp). I'm not sure what top over means but RBC will be visible from the south peaking above Simcoe Place.
