Umm yeah and Doug never kept secrets and never lied? Well, well his brother's addictions was the worst kept secret that apparently were completely not known to him but he cheerfully lied to cover them up. He needs to do his research and realize it is the subcontractors that are not being paid by the contractors, nothing to do with Tory!
