Does that mean that owners of the short tower will be in the interim occupancy phase until atleast summer 2021? Or will they still be able to register just one of the buildings and provide final closing before that?

They will probably be registered as independent condo corporations so they don’t need to register at the same time. If they share facilities, they will work out an agreement on how to share the cost.

There is some share facilities since its on the 2nd floor between the 2 towers, but each tower have some for themselves that I know of. I am guessing on time frame, but have seen this happen far too many times on other projects that it will happen here as well.

Not sure what you are looking for, but unless some of use post threads for development for some development as noted on the website, they aren't follow or miss. I stop covering a lot of Mississauga like I have with Toronto and covering things more close to me and travel routes. UT has a map for development, but a lot of projects aren't noted on the map

Was looking for some of the Architectural drawings like there are available on the Active Developments Webpage.

For example, the new Phase 5/6 of the Pinnacle buildings have details floor by floor drawings. Is there anything like that for these Perla buildings?

It varies vastly between every building, anywhere from 2 months to 1 year. Pinnacle has a good reputation for the most part so you can expect it to be earlier then later.
Are you in the smaller building or taller one? What did they say was your Firm Date?

Occupancy dates for the Taller buildings are Feb - April dates.

We got firm revised occupancy by mid October for 15 story tower so I am assuming the final closing would be in Q1 2021.

Yeah, I would put my estimate latest end Q1 2021.

But as others have suggested above, it could be much sooner as they will treat each building as a separate entity.
