the crazy part of that road is that most of it has literally no purpose other than for some small amount of vehicle parking. You can see it in the above image - it only has one driveway access on the south side, which is a pretty sparingly used entrance anyway as most of the townhouses are better serviced by the main entrance on the east side of the complex. Why bother create townhouse communities when you gonna build arterial roads as backyard driveways.
Could literally create another row or two of townhomes if you just enact a road diet.
This irritates me so much? My planning OCD wants these two streets to connect so badly. Result of NIMBY or servicing issue I wonder?

Just looking for some input.
I found out that for these Perla towers, they have a exclusive arrangement with Rogers for internet.
My understanding is this is not allowed anymore?
What is more concerning is if Rogers is doing the wiring they are likely going to do Fiber to the Premise and have Coaxial to each condo which severely limits what owners can do, it also means we are stuck with sub par internet speeds. Rogers right now only offers upto 30Mbps upload speeds.
Compare this to the Crystal towers already built where they are able to reach 1000Mbps Up & Down speeds.
I do not believe that this is allowed anymore. If the condo corp won't allow competitors to install equipment in Perla, it's a CRTC violation.
