These's aren't terribly new now but a friend's parents bought at HVEII as an investment a while back. They were handed their keys just over a month ago so my buddy and I grabbed his new SLR, 7Megapixel digital camera and headed over. They're from about 4 weekends ago if I recall correctly.

Here we can see how small the balcony is. There's no way to fit even a chair on it. It's more like a joliette.
Future site of Signature Tower. I hope they're able to keep the trees but I doubt it.
