On some photos in the forum, when you click on the photo, it pops up a menu where you view the photo. However it doesn’t seem to work on all photos. Here is a video showing that it works on the first photo but not the second. Both photos are uploaded directly to UrbanToronto and not externally hosted. This issue also means that it won’t show up on the little thumbnails on the bottom of the menu so it skips the photo as if it is not there if you are viewing the photos this way.
