Good to see another chunk of PSV nearing completion. It'll be interesting to see what parcel is next as the construction for Avia enters full swing.

They are installing Silva Cells in the sidewalk area on the west side of the building as well parking bays. I expect in the next few months, the block off street at the north end will open that will offer faster access to the Town Houses and people walking to Sq One.

It's not bad of an addition...the concrete looks nice as a contrast. I took this on the 19th.

So the occupancy has been delayed until further notice (supposed to have been July).
Does anyone know from experience or industry insight what that might mean and what the builder is waiting on to set new dates? How long could the delay be - a couple months, a couple years?

Not sure but my guess is 6 to 8 months. I think they're waiting for the lobby to be fully done. Last time I went there, they had a security guard in the lobby to make sure there wasn't any trespassing.

Got letter of firm occupancy for Oct 9. Quick questions - 1. how much do i have to pay the builder during occupancy? Would it pretty much be same as mortgage or less? Do i have to pay condo fee, even though amenities are not complete? What other expenses can I expect?

the amount you pay is essentially mortgage and maintenance together

Has anyone that's gotten their title had to pay their property tax or maintenance fee yet? I got the title in January and haven't seen anything aside from my mortgage.
It's my first home so I'm not entirely sure how it works..
