We would appreciate a 'complete' photo of the Edge Towers for our year-end-poll, if anyone happens to be in the area!

October 26th. There might be others in my aerial photo thread as I generally only post in a couple of threads now like the Hurontario LRT and M3.

Hi
The current expected completion date is Jan 2027. How realistic is this given they are working on Floor 7/8 right now?
Thanks

I wouldn't be booking any movers just yet.

A bit of a different angle for the third phase. I didn't realize till today that it was visible from this part of Elm Drive.
That is the smaller southern section of the development. If I am not mistaken it was added to the main tower after they bought out the last holdout parcel of land facing Hurontario. Actually they might’ve been prodded into buying that property by the city after the owner had a change of heart or realized they made a bad decision in holding out.

Given they will be at the 13th floor by year end, this leaves 37 floors to go plus the mechanical floor. At a floor a week, you are looking around Oct 2026 before the building is top off with Summer of 2027 to see some move in. No cigar for a Jan 2027 date for move in on the main tower.

No idea how they will handle the 12 story tower for move in and going out on the limb you may see move in in the fall of 2026, but best to check with the your agent.

The owner of the holdout parcel wanted to build his own tower that he did a hand drawing on paper at council when this project was up for a approvable and was kind of shot down. It was his late request, road layout and no applications for it that got him shot down to change the developer road plan.,
