Toronto can do much better than that... it looks like it would match the horrible Delta-Chelsea across the street well!

A little bulky for my tastes, but it would have been okay - hopefully whatever does rise on that site is taller and more slender with a good street pressence. I would love some really good retail spaces there. Maybe not as posh, but along the lines of 10 Bellairs treatment on Bloor.

I don't mind it - I like the massing on the lower levels and how it meshes with the condos added to the older part of College Park - BUT, if the quality of the facade on that addition on College Park is an indication of the materials proposed for the taller towers - it's good it wasn't built.
