Another delay to Nexus Condo?

I guess they can delay again if they want to, for up to 120 days until the Firm tentative occupancy date.

I don't see any Toyotas in those pictures ;o In any case with the immiment construction of that new GTA arena, downtown will certainly be a lot more lively in a decade or so.

Occupancy Dates
Have anybody received any new information regarding final occupancy dates for North or South buildings?? I know that the North is set for January 8th 2014...
My final tentative occupancy date for Nexus north is set to Sep 2013

We just had our PDI last month for the Nexus North building.
It was horrendous! But they did promise to fix everything we listed on our 4-page PDI form, so we'll see how that goes!
