Hey Guys, I'm new here, so forgive me If I've misplaced this or it has already been posted at some point. But here is a neat website and forum that has thousands of pictures of decaying cities. Most are american, but some are from Toronto.

What does decaying cities even mean? Are all those cities on the list decaying? There are also pictures of Toronto slab apartments which in the photos appear to be fine.
