Gosh, some of these multiplexes look awful. I don't even know where to begin with this monstrosity. If we're aiming for city wide buy in I sure hope the newly proposed projects are better than this

This isn't terrible, but it doesn't 'fit' as well as it might. Remove the balcony from the top level, make the doors a decent sized window instead, and run the roof (which has a pitch) the opposite direction so that it matches its neighbour. Otherwise, decent. No need to cut total height, but that top floor needs to be a little less bulky.
