Surprisingly big for the area - I mean it definitely fits, I'm just surprised it got approved without pushback.

There will be a total of six residential dwelling units on this lot (five units within the apartment building, and one unit within the detached dwelling in the rear yard which is currently under construction).

This isn't terrible, but it doesn't 'fit' as well as it might. Remove the balcony from the top level, make the doors a decent sized window instead, and run the roof (which has a pitch) the opposite direction so that it matches its neighbour. Otherwise, decent. No need to cut total height, but that top floor needs to be a little less bulky.
