Multiplexes

202 Perth. Conversion to 3 units. Taken 25 July.

1344 Pape Avenue. No plans yet but some interesting details. They are adding a second and third floor to create a four unit multiplex. House sold for $1 million in April. Probably saving a ton of money by just adding levels. These one storey bungalows are gold mines! If you had a map of them across the city you could project where most multiplexes are going.

Aren't multiplexes supposed to have more than one entrance. I think every photo/render on here is of buildings with 1 entrance and they just look like multistory houses..
 
Interesting compromise in Guelph for multiple units. The parking requirement is waved if a lot is in an area that has good transit or is walkable to amenities and services. And I wouldn’t be too concerned about the Mississauga vote as there is always the CofA, another vote and good old-fashioned ignoring the city! Lol
