To construct a new three-storey semi-detached building (containing six residentail dwelling units) with front and rear balconies on the second and third storeys, two rooftop terraces (above the third storey), front and rear entrances on the ground floor, and front and rear basement walkouts. The existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling will be demolished.

Are those ones at the end off Queen multiplexes or laneway suites? It almost looks like it's a separate building that takes up almost the entirety of the plot of land behind the storefront.
 
Very cool, so is it a standalone building in the back? It looks like it, but it's possible that it's just one massive extension

And according to the plans submitted, on the other side are two '4-storey fourplexes' - not sure if they mean 4 units over 3 storeys, or if they're counting the basements. Either way, more density coming to this corner
