Well I figured I'll give it a shot, knowing that a lot of realtor frequent this site maybe they can give me some input on the brokerage companies they are using.
I have recently passed the mortgage agent course (CAAMP) and am looking to join a brokerage, problem is which? From my research a lot vary from fees, training programs, compensation/splits, leads generating etc. Some that I have looked into are Dominion Lending (havent heard anything bad about them), Centrum (heard not so good things about them, they will hire anyone, misleading), The Mortgage Group (not much news on them). I know that Remax works with Dominion and that Centrum works with Remax.
Any info on the industry as well as what to expect would be greatly appreciated.
