Hi, not being technical geek myself, I managed to use this technique thanks to this tutorial: http://bavotasan.com/2009/creating-a-jquery-mouseover-fade-effect/ , so I wouldn't say it's unfathomable .
I don't know if it would be possible to use this script on this forum though.

Market street looking S from Front towards Esplanade.
This building has been vacant for at least 15 years. I wonder what's up? Another branch of The Fish Market still does business in Ottawa's Byward market.
This was discussed in another thread and apparently they are the original bricks, many turned round so the old outside side is inside.Remarkably good brick remediation there. Makes me wonder whether they didn't just reconstruct a new facade using new bricks.
