Presto is really good about fixing these issues. You used to be able to do it in person at a GO Station, but now you can only do it through their website or phone line. I honestly found in person a lot easier though.

Presto is really good about fixing these issues. You used to be able to do it in person at a GO Station, but now you can only do it through their website or phone line. I honestly found in person a lot easier though.

I did it in person one time and they were really good with it as well too. My guess is now that people have virtual cards in Google wallet and Apple wallet it's probably not as easy for them to do in the go stations now.
