Most service places charge $80-90 just to come out. On top of that, they charge for hourly labor and the part.
Some models have 5+ year warranties on the magnitrons (you might check your warranty), but you still have to pay for the service all and labor.

It's delayed because whoever input our information messed up big time! No one is in their proper unit, and there are multiple people in said wrong units. You can log in to see how far off yours is by going to http://www.buildinglink.com clicking on the login button, and using the forgot my username/password tool. It works if you've given management/the front desk your email address in the past.

WOW! It worked, and according to them I got 3 owners in my unit, one of them being me. That's reassuring...

Which is why if you pick up a package from security, or get a parking pass, they have to manually write everything out. Until this can get cleared up.
