The green strip to the west is part of a larger property within the East Port industrial district that is actively used for offloading cement from lake freighters to the silos (see below from 2023).

The prominence of the Basin Media site from here is striking and will look good with the boardwalk/tree treatment. And the beach area is huge! 🏖️
