Tarion forms need to be filled in at the 30 day mark and 1 year mark
(Note: Tarion is Home Builders warranty against newly constructed homes. They cover "most" things within the year and the warranty gets reduced at the 2 year mark and finishes within 7 years)

Parking is assigned by purchase date (as mentioned in the other thread).

No mail will be delivered until the building is 50% occupied... i think. Mail pick up will be elsewhere

Until the building becomes a corporation you will need to pay "rent" which is composed of the following
-Realty Taxes
-Mortgage interest
-Common expenses

For the investors out there. LEASING is NOT permitted until the building becomes a corporation.

Insurance only covers the "standard" unit. So, if you made upgrades to the floor and it had water damage from a "not at fault" problem, the condo would only compensate you for the "standard" cost of the floor and not the difference of the upgrade. They recommend getting insurance for the following
-Improvements and betterments
-Insurance for deductibles if you are negligent
-Liability insurance

The curtain backings (facing the window) can ONLY be white or off white.

No satellites. No BBQs (no one asked about electrical BBQ)

65% of the floors are to be covered by carpet. They will not enforce this rule unless there are complaints from nieghbours.

They have their own independent Home Inspector who will be there when you perform your PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection). You can bring your own Home Inspector

They have no information about the commercial properties on the first floor of the podium

Dog needs be less than 30lbs. 1 dog and 1 cat allowed. No 2 of the same allowed.

They mentioned the Shuttle bus to the mall, but I don't remember when it should start.

Somebody brought up dual flush toilets and couldn't get over the fact that they are standard toilets. I would suggest installing your own dual flush if you must.
