I graduated from Ryerson University's Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning on 2008 and I still can't land an entry level job that is close to what I studied yet, or a simple office job. So I might as well take courses or certificate to upgrade my education in the meantime.
It's pretty frustrating when you see yourself earning barely any money from a part-time minimum wage job that has no future with low self-esteem as well as you have to pay for OSAP. Anyways, do planners acutally need LEED or REVIT? If I want to become an Architectural Technologist or GIS Analyst instead, what course would be good to take?
During my Undergrad study, I took GIS, 3D AutoCAD courses, I am very experienced with graphic drafting. Would it be repetitive?
I need guidance and help, really looking for someone to share some tips.
