Even though I'm an LV guy, I'm definitely not a Freedville guy as that area of King West has taken a turn for the worse and is pretty horrible thurs-sat (the new entertainment district with all the trashy people), .
I live in the area and I have not seen any trashy people thurs-sat as you describe, there are very nice restaurants and clubs between Spadina and Bathurst
Actually, most of the north facing units have even less of a view, with only an extremely narrow street separating them from another condo. I think the most west units might have a bit of daylight though.
