King Tut returns to AGO

I know - all aesthetics all the time - what a bore our great museums are! I have the same problem at the ROM, where I've told them many times I simply must take that Japanese palanquin out of the display case for a test drive so I can experience how it feels to be carried around in it.

That opera coat is the gold one that looks like a Yamamoto or Miyake, isn't it?

Loved that one, but I was refering to the all-black with the roses and the "is it a vase/is it a profile?" embroidery on the back; the lines of that thing (at least from the front) were freaking wonderful.

And I really, really want that "woman" wardrobe... and that longhorn cow skull broach. I wonder if they'd like us to test out their security system? It's about due for one, since the missing ivories were recovered.
