Yes...get your cheque books out folks...they are not cheap--i.e. parks levy and planning development charges--ouch!!
Can't wait to see these fees. Hope you guys put a cap in because some builders go buckwild and I have no doubt that Lamb will go bukkake on us.
I did place a cap on mine...but there are only so many caps that they will accept and other charges that many will question...I anticipated them to be this way anyhow so no surprise really on my end!
