How does Mississauga expect this area to evolve into a real downtown by planting a strip of forest along a street?

I'm not sure if they are going to keep any of it as they are building townhouses starting at 2.7M dollars. Based on the billboards, they are taking it all down.

Daniels' next MCC phase (check-out the UT thread) is going in the empty parking lot to the bottom right:

M-City tower 1 sales office, top left/centre. Burnhamthorpe and Confederation might turnout to be the IT intersection in MCC.

The City of Mississauga have since put up 5 (of 11 in total) of my drone pictures up in the room the houses the model of MCC. If it were not for UrbanToronto.ca this would have never come to pass. A big thanks to the guys on Adelaide.
