Unsure if this thread already exists, information is starting to accumulate on the possible phase one of the Jane LRT stretching from Mount Dennis station to York University station.

And the letter is recommendations from the LTL Group, not necessary "information" on phase one. The only appearance on the Jane LRT is on the 2041 RTP as with dozens of other projects.

Mount Dennis to York would make sense as phase 1 because it would be the easiest and cheapest section to build - most of Jane along that route would be wide enough to accommodate surface LRT in its own ROW, right? It's south of Eglinton that it would have to be tunneled.
