How to discover new proposals?

Hello, I was just wondering how to find if any new project is proposed for the city. Any help please.

hang around here? this is probably one of the best places to look... there seem to be a few people here who are in the 'biz' and have some insider info they can't divulge but sometimes silently hint.

otherwise, it's all about connections.

^ City reports online is certainly the best source. Others include knowing people in the development business, or being involved yourself of course, and reading certain reports which are published (but which tend to have a substantial cost attached) such as Marsh Report, NRU, Urbanation (for condos) and sometimes RealNet.

I've tried searching for reports online, but it's hard to find those detailed ones with the renderings that Alvin always provided.
