how much does it cost to strip condo ceiling to concrete?

It's been mentioned that concrete can be very dusty. Wouldn't health be a concern as well?

I've done the popcorn removal thing myself before, and I will never do it again. Years later and after many seemingly thorough cleanings and I am still finding the occasional piece of plaster. Also, make sure the popcorn hasn't been painted over first. That adds a whole new level of frustration. Unless you're a serious DIYer there are some things it's just better to pay to have done.

Any idea what someone would charge for this? I live in a 2 storey loft and want to remove the popcorn ceiling on the upper and lower levels. approximately 500 sq feet of it altogether, max.
