Good layout for terrace unit ?

This is supposed to be 661 interior space with 263 exterior terrace and unobstructed western exposure over skyline. Is this a good use of space ?

I'd say this is a good plan, i like the wrap-around kitchen. there is a spot to put the tv, the computer, and the dining table.

Really like that for a one bedroom, nice and open. the little area beside the kitchen you could easily install wall units for storage without loseing much space

keep in mind your LR/DR is really only 9 ft deep and not the 16'3" quoted ... that measurement goes all the way to the W/D wall.
