That's really tragic timing! I know it might seem small for those from out of town, but that's about 4000 people from all over the GTA that need to get in and out of the North end.That's annoying for Around The Bay race participants on March 30. The race is starting/ending at the Liuna Hall adjacent West Harbour GO.
