Glen Road Pedestrian Bridge (Morley Callaghan Bridge)

~ 6 weeks later......... on June 3rd, 2024:

The rail is fine above........nothing special, but works...........but why didn't they at least do a patterned form for the concrete that gives it some design or shape? Very bland.

Holy! That bridge is so wide you could drive a car (or two) over it. Not saying that I would, just saying... 😈

Do a lot of people use this route?

The previous bridge was too narrow at times. It regularly had people standing at the railing for the view, and couple cyclists trying to pass each-other behind them. At peak periods there was congestion.
 
Update from today. First the pedestrian tunnel from Glen Rd (south of Bloor, off Howard St).

I guess we were typing in synch and you are faster. I (try to) have a life outside UT and sometimes it takes precedence. :->

I have lots going on outside UT; I merely omit virtually any time doing nothing.

Also, I was an hour ahead of you..........
