Based on the height of those staircases, is it safe to say that Metropolis will be taller than the original 4-storey plan? Wasn't there a sign there earlier that mentioned a height increase to 10 storeys?

Anyway, nice pics Wylie... it was a gorgeous day today. The city really does wake up when the weather improves.
 
It was always taller than four stories. The AMC was always planned to be built atop the parking garage.
