Remove the gingerbread trim--I rather like it but am still figuring out if it's appropriate for the site I have in mind--maybe will go on a remix/new site--and you turn into Peter's Nimby--aka 111 Peter Street smack in the middle of Tableau and Peter Street Condos:

NIMO. Site layout, building design, and especially the size and scale are very close to Hudson; EAP is only slightly more than half the height of that depicted here.

Princess Albert is a proposal for 14 Princess Street in Uptown Waterloo. But as I always say, it would look great in Toronto's SLM area (think Berczy area), King or Queen West, Yonge and Summerhill area, Yorkville etc.

Proposed cladding: zinc or galvanized aluminum
