No, the scale factor, as is used on any drawing diagram or map in order to give a sense of vertical and horizontal proportionality.

Looks more like 8 avenue calgary

NIMO. Site layout, building design, and especially the size and scale are very close to Hudson; EAP is only slightly more than half the height of that depicted here.
 
Princess Albert is a proposal for 14 Princess Street in Uptown Waterloo. But as I always say, it would look great in Toronto's SLM area (think Berczy area), King or Queen West, Yonge and Summerhill area, Yorkville etc.
