Absolutely! When people talk about good mixed low and mid-rise, and claim there isn't any good examples in Toronto, they should be dragged over to take a good look at this.
I love the urban texture of that whole district. I would consider living there but am unsure of the noise from the clubs. Anyone on here live down there?
