It doesn't appear to be a lot of light from the placement/angles of the windows. The bedroom is small and there is a lack of storage but that seems to be par for the course for new condos these days. If its just for your self, it probably would work but I think a couple would find it challenging giving the lack of closet/storage space.

Efficient usage of Sqftage. Den can certainly help with office setup and / or additional structured storage. Over all a well though out plan.

I like how the breakfast bar separates the kitchen with a small dining area, better than having an island on that floor plan.

The main living are looks well thought out. The bedroom looks a little tight and not much room for storage. The storage bed idea mentioned in a prevoius post sounds like a must here. Too bad the balcony was not the same width all along.
