Looks like commerce court, near the walkway between the south and west buildings.

One of the best spaces in the city. Overtaken by skateboarders at night.

... and overtaken by planters, benches, Eb Zeidler renovation clutter ( a faux Calatrava-esque skylight for the mall below, the covered walkway at the south end that nobody uses ), floodlights for the old building, etc during the day.

When built it was a pristine space - a large circular fountain in a square. Now it is sooooo junked up.

Well, at least Pei's facades remain basically intact through the Zeidler excresences--meanwhile, in Montreal...
