Is this a brand new location or is the existing location at King-University moving west?

Some information found in the signage documents, first a view of the addition:

Secondly: the main sign, which will retain the shape of the existing sign. Should be noted that the neon portion is being saved, not specified where it's going though.

Difficult to get good photos of this project, as it is mostly interior renovation behind the walls. The structure for the rooftop terrace is now being built though, vertical columns can be seen, with more steel delivered and stacked in the alley waiting installation.

i am assuming they will have a retractable rooftop patio similar to Cactus Club at First Canadian Place?

Friday, January 12. The new Earl's is continuing to take shape. The rooftop terrace appears to have a fairly large enclosure, with the exception of the pre-existing west side two storey portion of the site. Two views, first the King Street and then the back lane of the new Earl's.
