I was never impressed by these massive showy projects going on in Dubai, bit I gotta admit, I'm starting to get the urge to check it out.

Actually Low wage workers are being paid quite a lot considering where they come from (ex Pakistan, Sri Lanka) where most head overseas for what they consider high paying jobs. Then again, I hear people are complaining.

A lot of Canadian companies bring in foreign workers and pay them pretty low wages too.
