Door Open volunteers needed

Hello CFOT Members,

Doors Open is taking place on*Saturday May 29th. Citizens For The Old Town will have St. Lawrence Hall open for these two days to be showcased as part of Doors Open.

We need people to help from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Saturday. If you are available to volunteer for this event, please let us know.*

I would love to do that. But I would not be good at it, as I would want to be out visiting the buildings. Otherwise Iw ould volunteer.

Yeah, that's a big dilemma for architecture fans in Toronto. We want to show our support for architecture in Toronto by volunteering at Doors Open, but if we do that we end up missing out on visiting other Doors Open buildings.

But I heard from a friend that volunteers who wear Doors Open T-shirts get to avoid lineups at buildings that they want to visit.

The St. Lawrence Hall needs volunteers for Saturday only! And, it would be a great way to find out about Citizens for the Old Town. The group would really like to have some new blood.

Yep, I'm on the board. I've volunteered for Doors Open on Saturday.

I should do it, as I am taking Hospitality and Tourism, and they want us to do stuff like this. But man, that is one day of not being able to see the sights.
