From close enough, hovering high above Toronto's Deer Park area, we get a commanding view of a major new player in the Yonge-St Clair area. The upstart One Delisle is a clear winner, standing out not just within its locale, but on a city-wide basis too as it rivals the stratospheric One Bloor West, peaking far above it on the distant horizon. Both are standouts, both are undeniably sexy, and and fans don't have to pick, they can root for both.
