While on the Lakeshore West Train today I spotted a crane at the corner of Cawthra and Atwater. Do you know if it would be for this project?

All parking is underground as a single location, with the roof slab supporting the townhouses. Its a very large and hard to reach area, which requires a crane. Been done this way for dozen of similar projects.

Anybody purchased a townhome ? How was your decor appointment ? Anyone know where the progress is right now ? My parents have "bought" a townhome in one of their other project "Woodbridge Park" so looking to have some insight.

These photos (glad to have them) are a reminder that Mississauga was too gutless to approve a 4-storey condo on this site. Ridiculous.

I still think 110 townhouses is a big improvement over the approximately 4 houses that previously occupied the site. However with Queenscorp and Village Green projects moving forward at the same intersection retail is desperately needed. Too bad it was cut out of the original proposal.
