This former auto garage on the west side of Dufferin, just south of Brandon Ave is undergoing major renovations including what appeared to be soil remediation earlier. No details yet, but looks like it could be for retail or light industrial space.

Not for certain, I've only heard a vague rumour that Faema are possibly involved for a future cafe at this space. However, this is unconfirmed.

BWXT Nuclear Energy is seeking to renew its license for a Toronto nuclear pellet plant. At hearings this week, experts from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission said the facility posed no health and environmental risks.
