The unit owner is a really nice guy and has forwarded my concerns to customer service. I just doubt their willingness to do anything about it. We'll see I guess. I lived in the Verve nearby before and my upstairs neighbor had to drop something really heavy before it registered. I never really heard loud music even except if someone was being obnoxious with their bass. Made a hasty decision to leave that building, now I wish I'd stayed. Had its own issues but was pretty much an awesome place to live. If they fix the sound barrier here I'd be much happier, but the layout still sucks
