Looks like a plan/concept for a multi-unit residential building at the corner of Foxley St & Grove Ave, which are side streets in the Dundas West & Dovercourt area.

I don't believe that an official application has been submitted yet. But when selecting the project from the website's main homepage, the info preview indicates 2022 as a possible completion time.

It's one of those to which the design seems intriguing, while the location not so much so. If they find a nearby surface parking lot to stick this in, then I'll get excited about it.
