condo purchase above 400k. any way to not pay the hst? not a 1st time buyer.

Was looking at a unit over 400k. unit wont be registered before the hst date.


I am not a first time buyer. is there any way around this. the builder is not covering the extra hst cost.

Anyways, even units above $400000 get rebates.

Some condos listed over $400K have GST included. I believe HST applies to Condos over $400K before taxes.
